An all-female alternative metal trio from New York, Sexpod formed around vocalist/guitarist Karyn Kuhl, bassist Alice Genese and drummer Tia Sprocket.
The band gigged around the area during the mid-'90s, recording an EP in
1994 for the Go Kart label, but then signed to Slab/CMC for their
major-label debut album, Goddess Blues.
