Presents Review

No matter how spacey or odd Sardina's presentation gets, they're all about conventional, strummy pop music (as evidenced by Presents' occasionally cheesy radio-pop choruses.) For an album on the pop end of "alternative," however, this sometimes works well -- some of the band's more interesting elements add a bit of an edge to an otherwise very mainstream sound.
