project of singer David Baker. The sound of World (Beggars Banquet,
1994) is a hybrid, as if the man was torn between two musical
personalities: one being a psychedelic hippie, the other being a
country-rock singer-songwriter. The latter half wins the game with
Narcotic Candy.
