Artist Biography by John Bush
Singer/songwriter and guitarist Mick Medew formed the Screaming Tribesmen in Brisbane, Australia, in late 1981. The band's current lineup coalesced around 1986: Medew, guitarist Chris "Klondike" Masuak, bassist Bob Wackley and drummer Warwick Fraser. Several Australian number one singles caused a favorable reaction in U.S. college charts; consequently, the gritty pop/rock quartet signed to Rykodisc and released their domestic debut, Bones + Flowers.Tracklist
