Grew up in Northumberland with Russian/English parents. Cat left home at
14, two years after her Father, playwright CP Taylor died. She found
her way into music when a friend introduced her to Billie Holliday. She
met Pete Evans, drummer in the band House of Love, whilst singing in
Jazz Clubs.
