Artist Biography by Mike DaRonco
Proudly wearing the badges of anger, hate, alcohol
and drugs are the Los Assdraggers, who have been encouraging parental
nightmares since their 1993 formation when they were originally known as
The Smelle Fingers. Consisting of El Brat (guitar) Guss (vocals),
Bronco (bass) and a ridiculous number of different drummers, the band
pays a homage to the like of 50's rockabilly, Angry Samoans and the works of Billy Childish
* all of which was present on their live shows and a 1995 self-titled
EP. Crypt Records eventually took notice and released their debut album Abbey Roadkill in 1996.
