Milky Wimpshake formed in Newcastle on Tyne in 1993, gigging every year since then. Long-term bassist Christine Rowe and
vocalist/songwriter Pete Dale are
currently augmented by drummer Chris Lanigan. Milky Wimpshake have had
several guest musicians over the years, including Amelia Fletcher,
Sophie Evans (Life Model), Emma Wigham (Witching Waves) and, most
recently, Rachel Kennedy of Flowers
